My daughter (10 years old’s girl) has been doing English and Math lesson with Annabelle for almost 1year, and she really loves her lesson. It is just amazing, because not only just so much fun but also really helpful for her studying . My 10 year old Daughter was in need of some help with her maths and English, so I contacted various tutoring services recommended to me, but none of them were able to cater for my daughters specific needs as she suffers with anxiety and panic attacks. My daughter recently joined Annabelle and her mum for weekly tutoring. She was falling behind in Maths and struggled with English, since having this tutoring she is growing in confidence and excited about learning. This lovely mother and daughter set up has been a game changer for our 13 year old boy who is in year 9 and we only recently found out he is dyslexic. I honestly can’t praise Annabel enough! My husband and I wanted to find a tutor over summer to help our daughter with her reading and spelling. When I think of a tutor I always think a classroom set up pen and paper very formal setting….so we have always thought about it and never done it. Whilst looking into it a bit more I came across Annabel and she stood out… I read more into her style and found out they were very fun interactive sessions. So I contacted Annabel to find out more. We had a lovely call together where she explained her style and how she structured her sessions all depending on my daughters needs. She spent ages getting to know my daughter and how she would feel comfortable and what she enjoyed etc. I couldn’t have found a nicer caring person to introduce us to a tutor support. We are a few weeks in and my daughter absolutely loves Annabel and loves her sessions. She does not see it as learning she see’s it as fun and games. And that’s all I can ask for. My son has been having 1-2-1 online lessons since last September.
At first, I was not sure whether online lessons would be adequate for my son, but Annabel has been so engaging, animated and captivating that she manages to keep his attention the entire lesson.

These two ladies are brilliant, my son is dyslexic and I wanted to give him some extra support with his learning, as however hard I tried at home I just couldn’t seem to explain things in a way he would understand, Anabel and Helena have though.
It’s been wonderful to see him progress with their lessons not only is he making headway with his English his confidence has grown, he really enjoys the lessons and even looks forward to them which has completely blown my expectations out of the water.
Anabel is now also integrating mindfulness into her lessons which has really helped my son manage his emotions when he’s feeling frustrated. They have been a wonderful support in these unknown times and adjusted their lessons quickly to go online when lock down happened, which has been a complete godsend as it’s kept some consistency and wonderful learning in my sons life. My daughter with slight speech delay has been taking online tutoring with the incredible Annabel for approximately 2 months now. At first we were both slightly reluctant on how the lessons will go as she is only 4 years old but to our delight anything is going well. This is the first time my children have had private tuition and I would highly recommend Annabel. Both my children were dreading tuition and were very resistant to the idea! However, Annabel built in time to get to know what the girls enjoyed as well as what help and support they needed. My six year old son has been having lessons with Annabel for 18 months; one initial focus was to improve his writing and thanks to Annabel’s patient tutoring that happened. She then helped improve his confidence and strength in maths, which has made him one of the best in his class. Now she teaches him a whole variety of subjects and he loves to learn from her; he can’t wait to recount the facts that he and Annabel have discussed. Bel is tutoring my son age 11 (homeschooled due to a 'bashing from a school teacher' age 5) and the difference in his attitude, confidence and wanting to work, is amazing. He now has a lesson with her three mornings a week and is always keen to fire up the laptop and get ready to start. When first discussing an extra lesson for maths, I was thrilled when she mentioned what she planned to base it around; no boring desk work here! Tanks! My sons current favourite subject. Measuring tanks, weighing and other 'real life' situations are used for the maths lesson. I understand why he loves his lessons so much, they are totally tailored around his interests. In fact, I'm not actually sure he knows he is actually doing any work any more. Thank you Bel.

My son is doing history GCSE and needed that extra push, In Summer 2015 My friend told me about Annabelle as her son was having A level tutoring, who passed with Fantastic results. I got Suraj enrolled last Summer and I have seen Suraj enjoying history a lot more, Annabelle explains the modules thoroughly, sets homework, provides sources. Suraj has just received his results from his controlled Assessment A*, I did not expect him to get this and with the support of Annabelle Suraj has been able to achieve this. I started studying with Annabel as my school weren't being at all helpful with my AS Psychology. I started 3 months late and with essentially no knowledge of the subject, and with essentially Annabel as my sole help, I finished with an overall A grade in AS Psychology including 100% in one of the two exams. I have Bel tutoring me for A Level History and have been really impressed by the outcomes. I have improved knowledge, skills and confidence in the subject as a result of being tutored by Bel - her lessons are structured to my needs and she always asks what topics I am less confident with in order to structure an engaging lesson. Bel is a fantastic tutor. My son is 6 and hearing impaired and he has come on leaps and bounds since seeing Bel. She uses her skills as a magician to keep my sons attention and interest going.
